Each Gite has a patio with garden furniture. The position of the patios allows for breakfast and lunch in the sun, or evening drinks and dinner in the shade. An ideal beginning or end to the long warm days in Gascogne. All Gites have a separate dinning area, appropriate in size to the accommodation of each Gite. Lots of fun can be had shopping the local outdoor markets and hypermarchés for specialities of the region, then experimenting in the evening. Outdoor markets can be found in many local towns and villages, with the welcome addition that grocery, produce and wine prices are approximately 50% of that found in Great Britain. Lounge areas in all Gites are furnished to provide a relaxing holiday atmosphere during or at the end of the days in Gascogne. Kitchens in all Gites are equipped with a refrigerator, cooker and microwave oven. In addition, there are adequate pots and pans, with plenty of cutlery and crockery. On arrival a welcome pack will be waiting for you. The nearest supermarket is in Mirande and is open daily, except Sunday, until 19.15. Please be aware that in France shops are closed on Sunday. A shower, washbasin and WC are provided in each Gite bathroom. Plenty of storage space is available for toiletries. Towels, freshly laundered for arrival, together with soap are provided. Washing machine facilities are available on site. Bedrooms are double occupancy with a selection of twin and double beds.
